How do payments work?

If the reservation is made more than 14 days before the stay, we charge 50% of the total stay at the time of reservation for a deposit. Then 14 days before the stay we charge the remaining balance. We do this to ensure no problems with payments that may interrupt your stay.

If the reservation is made within 14 days, the total amount will be charged at the time of reservation.

If you would prefer to make a reservation more than 30 days before your stay, but pay completely in advance, simply go ahead and make the reservation then contact us at ELibertySt@m-s-s.com and we will go ahead and collect the remaining balance.

How does the Group Rate work?

In order to qualify for a Group Rate, you must book more than 1 of the suites and your group must be staying for more than 3 nights. If you rent two of the units you can get a 5% discount. If you rent all three units you can get a 10% discount. If you want to qualify for this discount, please contact us at ELibertySt@m-s-s.com and we will set that discount up for you.

How do cancelations work?

Changes or cancellations of reservations must be submitted 30 days prior to your stay. If changed/canceled more than 30 days prior to your stay, the 50% of the stay deposit will be completely refunded. If changed/canceled between 14 and 30 days prior to your stay, the 50% deposit will be forfeited, but the other 50% remaining balance will not be charged. If canceled within 14 days of your stay, the full payment and deposit will be forfeited.

More than 30 days before your stay = Full refund

14-30 days before your stay=Deposit forfeited, remaining balance will not be charged

Less than 14 days before your stay = Full Payment forfeited

What's the availability and prices?

Visit our Reservations page and select a room. An availability calendar will let you know when each room is available and what the prices for those days are.

How does check in work?

The suite won't be ready until 3pm. At that time, feel free to enter your room with the key code we have provided for you. If you need an earlier check in, please contact us the day before your stay to see whether we can arrange it for you.

On the morning of your stay we will email the key code that unlocks both the front door and your suite. If you are unable to access your email to retrieve the key code, please call us at 1-800-878-5572 and we will gladly provide it to you. We can't provide the code before the morning of your stay.

Check out is at 10am. This is so we can reset and clean the rooms in time for the next guest. Simply ensure all of your possessions are removed from the room and make sure the suite and front doors are closed.

Housekeeping will arrive to clean the room shortly after 10am, so please be sure you've vacated the rooms before that time.

What kinds of amenities are included?

Cable TV (Bedrooms and Living Room), Central Air, Central Heat, 3 Sheet Sets (2-King Beds and 1-Sofabed), Towels & Washcloths, Soap, Shampoo, Cooking Utensils, Coffee Maker with Coffee, Toaster, Cleaning Services (before and after stay). For additional cleaning please contact us for fee information.

How safe is the area around East Liberty Street?

The area itself is a primarily tourist area and is home to several high class hotels and restaurants. We have never had a problem with items going missing or break-ins. That being said general caution is recommended: Making sure valuable items are hidden and that the doors are locked. East Liberty Street is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
